Volunteer

We LOVE our volunteers!

BWL keeps the costs low by using LOTS of volunteers. The requirement is 6 hours including either two half-days (3 hours) or one full-day (6 hours) per skier in the program. Parents can sign up online later in October.  Families who do not volunteer by the last day of the season will be charged $500.

Coaches are always needed and no racing experience is required. BWL is always looking for helpful adults with a great attitude who like to work with kids and have a very good skiing ability. Coaches will be given training and will receive a discount off of registration. Lift tickets will also be provided for BWL contact days and no additional volunteer commitment or deposit is needed. Please let us know if you are interested.

Junior Coaches are another great way for alumni of BWL (high school students) to give back to our great program and stay connected with the BWL family. Junior Coaches are paired with our youngest teams to help support the coaches with whatever is needed throughout the day and season. We ask that they attend most contact days and all races for the benefit of their teams.

The 24/25 Volunteer Sign-Ups are pending approval of the BWL season schedule from Beaver Creek. We'll have the sign-up link available as soon as the schedule is finalized.
